Ready to let loose for some island vibes in the Caribbean? Head to the island of St. Maarten and spend 5 nights at the Oyster Bay Beach Resort on famed Dawn Beach. Dawn Beach is known for two things: the amazing sunrises and clear water that’s perfect for snorkeling. Two people can stretch out in a studio overlooking the marina or Oyster Pond. Studios come equipped with kitchenettes, including a two-burner stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Add island hopping options to your trip for a chance to visit neighboring countries of Anguilla, St. Barts, and Saba.

St Maarteen and St Martin are two different countries located on the same island. The northern 37-square-mile of St Martin is controlled by the French government. It’s the home of the island’s tastiest restaurants and shop duty-free in between trips to the beach. Whereas cosmopolitan St. Maarten shelters the most animated casinos, bars, and clubs. A territory of the Netherlands Antilles, St. Maarten takes up the southern 16 square miles.

Day 1: From USA to St. Maarten

Upon arrival at airport, you will be taking by your driver to the resort. Depending on the time of your arrival, the rest of the day is yours to explore. Head to the beach to soak up some rays, take a dip in the ocean or get some grub. In the evening, join the rest of the group for dinner.

Day 2: Optional Tour to St Barts

St Barts, an island with untouched, white-sand beaches surrounded by vivid-blue waters whose underwater bounty would leave even the most experienced of snorkelers speechless. This is where Hollywood stars come to play. Spend a day exploring the tiny island at your own pace.

Day 3: Optional Trip to Saba Island

Explore the pristine island of Saba on this 8-hour day trip from St Maarten. With your local guide, board a boat on St Maarten for the 1.5-hour journey by sea to Saba, making a landing at Fort Bay. Spend the day diving, snorkeling, and experiencing the unspoiled natural surroundings on this remote island. Tour the island on foot, which includes moderately strenuous hiking, or by taxi.

Day 4: Optional Tour to Anguilla

Explore the island of Anguilla. Today we visit Meads Bay, Sandy Island, and Rendezvous Bay. Lunch at a local restaurant in Crocus Bay. You will have a chance to swim and snorkel (equipment provided).

Day 5: Optional St Maarten & St Martin Island Tour

Get to know the twin Dutch and French spirits of the island of St Maarten/St Martin during this half day tour. Stop by important landmarks and highlights that help paint the total picture of the island.

Day 6: Optional 1.5 hour Pelican Peak Zipline Tour

Experience an adrenaline-filled rush and wild ride on St. Maarten's newest zipline adventure at Pelican Peak! Guests will gain access to never before seen 360 degree views of the Caribbean and can enjoy easy walking trails and viewing decks on the hillside summit.

Occupancy Rules: Prices based on double occupancy; maximum occupancy is two guests per studio. Additional Hotel Specific Charges: 5% government tax and 15% service charge per night is not included and will be paid directly to the hotel. Parking is complimentary. COVID re-entry info: Effective Jan. 26, air passengers returning to the United States are required to get a COVID-19 test three days before their flight departs and provide proof of a negative test. Read CDC guidelines for returning to the U.S. here. Oyster Bay Beach Resort offers rt-PCR tests to in house guests prior to their departure to the U.S, if needed to comply with certain state quarantine requirements. The cost of the test is $75. This is a voluntary program. The resort has arranged for medical personnel to collect samples for PCR tests at the resort on Thursdays for results to be available no later than Saturday morning. The test can be scheduled any other time at an additional cost or directly with SLS St. Maarten Laboratory Services located across from the St. Maarten Medical Center. Appointment requests can be made at the activities desk or e-mailed directly to prescreening@sls.sx. Results are generally available in 24-48 hours.
